I did thank you (despite the 15 year old Tupperware!). We actually eat Chinese quite often because it's really easy to make in bulk and everyone enjoys it so much! I will take any special occasion and use it for meal inspiration though. We have Haggis at Burns Night and black peas, hot dogs and cinder toffee for Bonfire Night and anything that takes my fancy - I feel it adds a certain Cultural something when the children say 'what the heck is this?' and I announce it's Jambalaya for Jamaican Independence Day :D
Did you cook all that? It looks amazing. I love Chinese food but we haven't had any for the Chinese New year this year.

ReplyDeleteHahaha - I don't think you need to, most people I know who could find a Chinese open had take away - and it was the weekend... :)
DeleteYummy, Chinese is my fav. I used to cook it a lot but haven't had time to spend in the kitchen for a while :(
