Turtles DVD

I  used to watch TMNT with my brother when he was little, and then again with my 20 year old 15 years ago, so the format is familiar although the stories feel fresh and obviously the CGI format is far more up-to-date. I think it works really well actually and it was very watchable. My 2 boys certainly enjoyed it - they've watched the entire DVD 3 or 4 times already.

It's got the usual jokey aspect and is very light-hearted, and it's formulaic, but that's really what you'd expect and works very well for a show aimed mainly at children. What does disturb me though, there's far less pizza than there used to be....

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Season 2 Volume 1: Mutagen Mayhem is due for release on 31st March from Paramount Home Media Distribution. It has an RRP of £9.99.

    1. Awwww, did you not enjoy it? It is very different. It doesn't have the rawness of drawn animation. CGI is so clean sometimes - but it's what the younger generations are used to.
