Bee Good have a really strong ethical philosophy, and their products are very kind to you and the environment, and the bees who produce them are carefully looked after. Bee Good don't use synthetic colours, mineral oil, silicone, SLS and SLES or parabens in any of their skincare products. Bee Good do not test on animals.
I'm actually allergic to bee venom, so a parcel covered in bees wouldn't usually be something I'd be pleased to see, but on this occasion I'll make exception. I've been sent the Bee Good Honey & Wild Water Mint 3-in-1 Cleansing Water to review.
The first thing I noticed is how nice the packaging is. The box is beautifully decorated and the bottle of cleanser itself is really classic, understated and attractive, with a quite intricate image.
The cleansing water looks and feels just like regular water, except for the smell. It has a mild and slightly heady sweet smell of honey, and the Wild Water Mint and Red Algae add a fresh, outdoor aroma. Honey has a very specific smell which I think is instantly familiar, and quite calming.
The active ingredients are Honey to moisturise, Red Algae to brighten, and to refresh we have Wild Water Mint and Propolis.
On my skin the cleansing water feels nice, it doesn't leave my skin tight, and it's very gentle. I have dry skin, and this leaves it more soft than washing just with water, even before I moisturise. The Cleansing Water not only cleans everyday grime, it also removes make up without needing additional water for rinsing, so this makes an excellent addition to an overnight bag or even just your handbag, and a great way to remove eye make up if you have sensitive skin.
Bee Good Honey & Wild Water Mint 3-in-1 Cleansing Water retails at £10 for a 100ml bottle. Currently you can also choose a duo-pack for only £16.50 with a free lip balm.
