Transformers Prime Season 3 Beast Hunters: Predacons Rising Review and Giveaway

We're big Transformers fans here and Predacons Rising is the latest installment of the Beast Hunters series. Featuring computer generated animation the Transformers series of movies are bursting with excitement, action and colour, and Predacons Rising is no exception.

Transformers Prime Season 3 Beast Hunters: Predacons Rising is a full length movie with a runtime of 1 hour 3 minutes and is rated PG because obviously it contains some peril and fantasy violence.

Released today on DVD and Digital Download Predacons Rising takes place after the Autobots victory on Earth and tells the story of Unicron taking Megatron's body and attempting to destroy Cybertron - the home of the Transformers. This leads to the unlikely situation whereby Autobots, Decepticons and Predacons have to work together to save Cybertron and defeat Unicron.

The animation is very good, and the characters are all clear individuals with their own temperament and skills. Youngsters will be familiar with them so the storyline is easy to follow, and the shorter 1 hour movie is more accessible to younger viewers. My 5 and 7 year olds have both watched and enjoyed Predacons Rising, and from an adult point of view the Transformers movies, including Predacons Rising, are far less annoying to sit through several times than a lot of children's DVDs!
