Kaya Jewellery Review and Discount Code - Meaningful Jewellery For Mums (and their children).

Kaya Jewellery sell 'Meaningful Jewellery For Baby, Child And Mum'. A company founded by Dutch Mum Tanja, Kaya specialises in personalised jewellery gifts, including gifts for mothers and daughters, and everything is handmade in the UK.  I really couldn't have said no when they asked me if I wanted to choose something from their website to review for Mother's Day.

The website is incredibly easy to navigate, products are split into really useful, clear categories, and often the same items appear on several pages, which better is much than having to search for something you spotted a while ago and can't find again.

All items come with free 1st class UK postage and are presented in a pink satin drawstring gift pouch. These pouches are not fabulous quality, but they are perfect for protecting your jewellery and a nice, pretty touch.

I chose a delicate, simple, but very meaningful Sterling Silver Infinity necklace. As a Mum my children are my children forever, and I particularly liked this piece.

Inside the drawstring bag I found care had been taken again to ensure my necklace arrived in perfect condition. Packaged with a silver polish cloth, and the infinity symbol placed inside another bag to avoid scratches from the chain.

I'm really pleased with my necklace. The silver is lovely, and the rhodium coating gives a nice finish. The chain is shorted than I'm used to, but I last regularly wore a necklace before my youngest child was born, and shorter styles are more popular now.

I can't really find fault with my Infinity Necklace. It's exactly as I expected from the website, beautifully made and although it is light and delicate, it's actually pretty strong.

I was also sent 5mm Sterling Silver Star Earrings for my 16yo daughter. These again are very delicate and pretty,  nicely presented in the drawstring bag with a silver polishing cloth.

The finish is perfect, and the star shaped faceted crystals well-secured and identical. I always call my children 'a star' when they do something great, and my daughter is a star far more often than I tell her, so hopefully these will serve as a reminder for when I forget to say it.

My Sterling Silver Infinity Necklace costs £23.95 with a choice of 2 lengths of chain (35cm girl's size) and 40cm (teenager/adult). My daughter's Sterling Silver Star Earrings cost £9.95.

I am really pleased with the quality of the jewellery,  even when very fine and delicate it's beautifully made and finished. The prices are great for the quality received, and with free postage in the UK, plus a gift bag, they're good value. You could easily pay more for something very inferior. An excellent Mother's Day gift choice.

Kaya Jewellery have lots of different designs of necklaces, bracelets, charms and earrings, almost all of which are either personalised for a mother or their child, or which are available to suit both parent and child. Find out more on the Kaya Jewellery website.

  1. Your necklace is beautiful. I love the idea of matching jewellery for me and F, she always wants to wear her bracelet 'like Mummy' so would love a matching one!

    1. Thanks Tami. They have some gorgeous things. I didn't dare get exactly the same for my teenager just in case it removed my last shred of 'cool' :D
