We reviewed the last Littlest Pet Shop DVD release, Lights, Camera, Mongoose!, and since then Blythe really has proven herself as the trendy teen and talented fashion designer. She has managed to keep her ability to talk to the pets a secret, and enters them into a ‘Terriers and Tiaras’ talent show.
The pets get a glimpse of Blythe’s not-so-good side and discover that the pageant can bring out the worst in people. It doesn't take long though before they are working as a team again, when spooky and strange noises alert them to the fact that there may be a werewolf amongst them!
Catch up with all the gang – Zoe the spaniel, Pepper the skunk, Sunil the mongoose, Russell the hedgehog, Penny the panda, Vinnie the gecko and Minka the monkey as they try to find out who, or what, is causing the spooky noises.
There are five episodes on Littlest Pet Shop: Lights, Camera, Fashion, which includes the episode where Blythe is accepted into a fashion Summer school - a bittersweet moment for the inhabitants of the Littlest Pet Shop...
The full runtime is 126 minutes and the episodes included are the final 6 episodes from Season 1:
Terriers And Tiaras
Lotsa Luck
Door Jammed
Frenemies
Blythe's Pet Project
Summertime Blues
The animation is the usual style and quite modern and very colourful. The voices are not too shrill and the characters are likeable. My boys were quite upset when Blythe was a bit nasty - they didn't think she had it in her!
