I haven't reviewed this set because my boys are bigger now and I thought it would be wasted on them, but I can tell from reading other people's reviews that they would still enjoy it. Making the Reactor Pods fizz to release the Beaker Creatures inside, and then making your own sounds awesome.

There is slime, dough and those fizzing water-soluble Reactor Pods. What more does any curious Primary School child need?

Your child might have a good idea of where to start, but included are a 20-page full-colour experiment booklet and 2 mini-posters filled with quiz questions inspired by real-world science facts, so they'll be able to start to understand the science behind what they are doing.

There are over 100 Beaker Creature Aliens to collect, and several different Learning Resources Beaker Creatures sets available - all will build on your child's STEM skills and understanding of their real world.
